Yuuta: 200 laps, 150 sit-ups and push-ups. Make sure to eat your protein and drink milk and a lot of water, every day. I worry about you when you go home for the weekends
Akazawa: 200 laps, 150 sit-ups and push-ups. Practice the breathing techniques I showed you, they will help your tennis.
Atsushi and Shinya: 250 laps, 200 sit-ups and push ups. If I see one duck at practice this will be doubled!
Nomura and Kaneda: 250 laps, 200 sit-ups and push-ups. We need better teammates… Keep up the tennis practice, you need to work on your moves!
After doing all your warm-ups, make sure you do all your stretches properly!
